Exciting opportunity for an individual who is eager to take the next step in their sales career with a charity organisation. This role will be a chance for you to work closely with the Fundraising Manager while also working with minimum supervision, giving you the chance to show your ability and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building and managing a number of corporate accounts while also building positive relationships to maximise potential income and reach monthly targets.
- Assisting the Fundraising Manager with the identifying of new opportunities, project management, meeting the necessary requirements and maintaining existing relationships.
- Problem solving and managing risk to ensure hitting targets.
- KPI’s will be set on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly and annual target reports.
- Weekly, Monthly and Annual reports to inform management on activity and results.
- To organise and prepare proposals, plans, presentations and contact reports for donor meetings.
- To manage all information on the CRM system.
- Look for new business avenues within existing accounts and to improve customer service.
- To promote all campaigns, sponsorship, volunteering and payroll giving to maximise all potential income from all opportunities.
- A team player who will work towards achieving the overall purpose and success for the team.
Key Attributes:
- 2 years’ experience in a Sales/Sales Support.
- Experience of managing multiple tasks to deadlines and prioritising own workload, ability to work under pressure.
- Able to multitask to hi deadlines while also prioritising own workload.
- Excellent communication skills with great customer service.
- Personable, friendly and open manner, which is comfortable with dealing with people face to face or over the phone.
- Attention to detail and good numeracy skills.
- Achieve KPI’s on a monthly and annual basis.
- To work on own accord with minimum supervision.
- Ability to find and create new business.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- To work with a flexible attitude with other members of the team.
- Results focused with understanding of fundraising processes and profitability
