My client a major Life & Pensions provider is currently seeking a fluent flemish Senior Administrator to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for you as you will have unrivalled career progression opportunities aswel as a great work life balance.

The Role:

 

  • Dealing with Clients over the phone with various policy queries
  • Ensuring all administration is completed and accurately recorded on appropriate systems
  • Ensure all work carried out to agreed quality standards.
  • Respond to client needs professionally and accurately to ensure service level agreements are achieved.
  • Working as part of a team to meet team targets and objectives
  • Background in Financial Services, Life & Pensions, General Insurance advantageous 

 

About you:

  • Fluent Flemish Speaker
  • Strong customer service skills & telephone manner
  • High attention to detail and promote a right first time ethos
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
  • Previous experience in a financial services environment, ideally life insurance or investments with an understanding of life insurance policies is advantageous
