The Role:
- Dealing with Clients over the phone with various policy queries
- Ensuring all administration is completed and accurately recorded on appropriate systems
- Ensure all work carried out to agreed quality standards.
- Respond to client needs professionally and accurately to ensure service level agreements are achieved.
- Working as part of a team to meet team targets and objectives
- Background in Financial Services, Life & Pensions, General Insurance advantageous
About you:
- Fluent Flemish Speaker
- Strong customer service skills & telephone manner
- High attention to detail and promote a right first time ethos
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel).
- Previous experience in a financial services environment, ideally life insurance or investments with an understanding of life insurance policies is advantageous
