Business Analyst – Transfer Agency

This is an excellent opportunity to join a very progressive and collaborative team. It is an Officer level position which is a team leader level role. The role requires defining mappings and business rules. You will be required to interpret business needs and transfer these needs into operational requirements. It is within the Transfer Agency department so if you’ve experience in this area that is an added plus. It is not a definite requirement for the role.

My client is a global financial institution so this role would provide excellent exposure and career growth opportunities. With a number of recent new business wins recently they are expanding and have a number of very interesting roles on offer.

Key Responsibilites of a Business Analyst – Transfer Agency:

  • Providing analysis of current business processes to see if any efficiencies can be gained.
  • Escalation of risks to project manager.
  • A number of User acceptance testing requirements. Liasing closely with developers and technical users to ensure end result is successful.
  • Authoring User and training manuals.
  • Project management of ad hoc projects.
  • Ensure specialist knowledge is kept up to date. 

 

Skills Required for a Business Analyst – Transfer Agency:

  • Minimum of 5 years Business analysis experience.
  • Working knowledge of TA a definite plus.
  • Strong organistion and problem solving ability.
  • Good UAT understanding.
  • BA qualification is desirable.
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills. 
  • Implementation of applications.
