My client, a large consultancy firm, is seeking a Manager to lead change management within their Finance team. This is a large multinational corporation that is expanding quickly within Dublin and beyond.
The role:
- Support change management within a client financial management function
- Define change approaches and governance, particularly in areas of pricing and billing
- Develop change plans and processes, and assess impacts
- Provide guidance to intiative leads
- Define training and performance support strategies
The person:
- Experience leading large change initiatives
- Progressive Finance background
- Project Management skills
- Proven leadership ability
