As Senior Change Management – Project Manager you will support Shared Services teams across the company’s European business operations. You will have a background in leading projects in an Asset Management environment. As part of this global business you will demonstrate senior capabilities and adaptability to hit the ground running in this contract role.
Core functions of the job include:
- Business Change – from concept to implementation and further. Small implementations to large strategic projects
- Business Analytics
- Risk and Control Oversight
- Business Management, resource planning and Management Information
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in change management with in a shared services environment
- Asset Management experience and relevant regulations knowledge
- Experience in the migrations of functions is advantageous
- Business Analytics experience
- Cradle to grave, Project Management experience
- Relevant soft skills- exceptional communications skills, ability to motivate and influence at all levels of the business, solid organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines
