Introduction:
Our client is looking for an experienced Custody professional who takes great ownership and responsibility for their client’s funds. You will be responsible for responding to client queries as well as reviewing colleagues work under the maker checker procedure. This is a rapidly growing Fund Services team within a prestigious global private bank. This role will provide great exposure to increasing knowledge over various disciplines within the funds space.
Key Responsibilities for this Job:
Client Service:
- Respond to client queries and escalated issues.
- Build and foster trust with the client for the good of the business.
- Identify ways to improve productivity.
Strategy:
- Involvement in team projects.
- Assist in coordination of new business.
Technology/ Products:
- Oversee all deliverables for the client.
Risk & Control:
- Ensure company procedures and best practices are adhered to.
- Overview of exception reporting and ensure all issues are investigated.
Skills & Job Requirements
- Min 2 years experience.
- Degree in relevant area.
- prior experience in same area.
- excellent communication ability
- strong analytical ability.
