The successful applicant will be a self-starter and a commercial individual who has gained previous experience in a Corporate Finance function in the areas of M&A, acquisitions & disposals. This role will give you the opportunity to work in one of the leading Irish M&A advisors where you will gain valuable experience advising on a wide range of transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Corporate Finance Director and the wider team.
- Advise on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, public and private fundraisings and the provision of strategic advice.
- Deal execution – co-ordinating other advisors and conducting financial analysis as appropriate.
- Be involved in marketing initiatives and pitching for new business.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Strong academic background with a 3rd level qualification in Finance or equivalent (2.1 Honours Degree minimum)
- Commercial individual with high energy levels.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
