This is an excellent opportunity to join an establised and succcessful team. My client is a private bank with the mjority of its staff being long standing employees with the firm as well as their clients also having long relationships with them. They want the same for new clients and they will provide the support and opportunity for your career to grow. This role will provide excellent exposure in terms of client interaction. If successful in this role the opportunity for career progression is readily available due to my clients projected growth for this year with very large new business wins. 

You will be part of a Fund Services model where my client will provide training and upskilling in disciplines such as Financial Reporting, Fund Accounting, ETF’s or Expenses. Therefore, this role will provide great variation and will increase your knowledge of multiple areas of the fund industry. 

It is a fantastic newly refurbished office with modern equipment, onsite gym and showers. It is readly accessible with multiple public transport opportunities.

Key Responsibilities of Client Service Custody Supervisor:

  • Strong operational knowledge of trade and foreign exchange settlement which includes FX hedging.
  • Identify problems and having the knowledge and analytical ability to resolve these as they appear.
  • Ensuring all SLA’s are strictly adhered to. Dealing with relevant internal and external teams in such matters.
  • Ensuring the team is well trained and all necessary resources are in place.
  • Ensuring all required controls are in place and assisting with various compliance and audit requests.
  • Mitigrating any potential risk areas. 

 

Skills Required for Client Service Custody Supervisor:

  • Strong managerial experience with approximately 6 years custody experience.
  • Excellent Organisational skills.
  • Strong Microsoft office skills. 
  • Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic.
