My client, a large professional services firm, is seeking a Finance Due Diligence Specialist for their internal diligence team. This is a large multinational corporation that is expanding quickly within Dublin and beyond.
The role:
- Assess quality of earnings and operating metrics
- Evaluate balance sheet items
- Advise on financial risks and commercial topics
- Work closely with corporate development team
- Work closely with external advisors
- Analyse target company financial performance and position
The person:
- Experience in professional services or consulting in a major financial/accounting firm
- Experience with a Big Four firm (or a major corporation) within due diligence
- Strong communication skills
- Strong financial analysis skills
