My Client a major financial services provider is currently looking for a highly skilled Excel Specialist to join their Project Integration Team. The successful candidate will take a hands-on role in new client projects, with responsibility for ensuring robust collateral & insurance processes are in place. The role holder will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate performance of these services in compliance with all regulatory requirements, best practice, good corporate governance and company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
The main responsible of this role will require the analysis of collateral/security data received. Ensure processes are in place for security and insurance prior to the on boarding of new clients and the updating of data on the collateral system post migration. Assist with the on-boarding of data to the collateral system. Support the successful transition to the ongoing service teams. Act as a point of contact for queries prior and post migration of data. Responding to queries in a timely manner to ensure the project team meets deadlines. Establish and maintain quality key internal and external relationships and contribute positively towards team goals and deadlines.
Success Candidate
The successful candidate will be proficiency in MS Office. Have specifically advanced excel skills up to VBA level. A third level financial qualification is an advantage. Strong understanding of banking, securities or financial services is an advantage. Good attention to detail, excellent ability to work as part of a team and good communication skills. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Strong customer service focus with proven analytical and problem solving skills. Exhibit a degree of reliability and flexibility and a positive attitude. Previous experience in an insurance environment is also a distinct advantage.
