This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate personal assistant to join one of Irelands leading financial services firm’s initially on a 7 month contract basis.
The successful candidate will ideally have 3+ years working in a similar position. You will have the opportunity to work with one of the bigger brand names on the market and gain valuable experience working with a team of professionals.
The role
- Provide full administrative support to the CEO to include effective time management of diary and meeting requirements
- Copy typing, formatting, mail merges, and printing of documents and presentations
- Producing or editing PowerPoint presentations within tight deadlines
- To provide support to the Management team when required.
- Liaising with other Executive Assistants in other Group locations
- Create and maintain appropriate records and filing systems
- Co-ordinating travel and hotel arrangements
- Office Management / reception duties such as ordering stationary, ensuring hardware such as photocopiers and printers are in working order, booking meeting rooms and catering requirements, answering and screening incoming telephone calls.
- Processing expenses and invoices
- Other Ad-Hoc Duties
The Person
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Advanced computer literacy and accuracy – strong skills in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
- Excellent office management skills with proven experience in multi-tasking and priority management
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional manner both in person and on the telephone
