Fantastic opportunity for a newly Qualified Accountant or a finalist to join one of the leading fund administration companies on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and get good exposure to a broad range of accounting.
The Role:
- Prepare and review the annual and semi – annual financial statements in accordance with the accountancy standards – IFRS & GAAP
- Assist with the preparation of the regulatory returns
- Liaise with the external auditors and respond to any queries in a timely manner
- Attend board meetings to present the financial statements
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Assist in developing and improving financial and regulatory reporting processes
Requirements:
- Qualified Financial Accountant / Finalist – ACA / ACCA / CIMA
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a similar role
- Strong understanding of the Irish / UK GAAP, US GAAP and IFRS
- Good knowledge of regulatory reporting environment
