Key Responsibilites;
- Produce and prepare analysis of the weekly financial accounts
- Produce and analyse accounts to agree the Monthly accounts
- Communicate financial analysis of performance to management team and other operational managers
- Provide support to the Regional DC analyst in preparing a robust annual budget and realistic quarterly forecasts
- Prepare Capital proposals for evaluation
- Provide weekly stock adjustment integrity reports
- Prepare Capital proposals for evaluation
- Assist with Intrastat and VAT returns
- Complete Central Statistics Office returns
- Prepare Expenses Journal and post plus enter payments on to bank
- Run and liaise with operations on outstanding un-received PO’s report
- Prepare Goods Account and monthly reports for key customer
Technical Qualification;
- Part/fully-qualified accountant
- Advanced use of Excel and strong system skills
- Experience of producing reports
- Good analytical capabilities
- Enjoys managing and analysing high volume of data
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work unsupervised
