My client is a global Financial Services organisation and due to their ongoing growth they are currently looking for a Financial Reporting Manager to join their growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements and financial reporting processes. This is a senior position in which you will take an ownership of deliverables while gaining an excellent exposure and career opportunities within a global organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Identify & Communicate key processes issues and develop detailed recommendations
- Standardise the improved processes across the business units to follow
- Participate in development of trainings for accountancy team members
- Preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with GAAP & IFRS
- Coordinate year-end financial statement processes
- Ensure new contracts are being calculated in line with company policies
- Liaising with external Auditors & ensuring all queries are being dealt in timely manner
- Ensuring any errors are identified and resolved efficiently
- Keep up to date with on regulatory matters
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA,ACA,CIMA)
- In depth knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
- Strong leadership skills and communication skills
- Knowledge of financial services industry
