My client, a multinational professional services organisation (Fortune Global 500 firm), is seeking a HR Manager to provide guidance and advisory within human resources matters. This organisation is growing rapidly within Dublin and beyond and provides plentiful progression opportunities, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role:

  • Provide recommendations to the HR team using a data driven approach
  • Serve as a liaison with UK team members and ensure effective collaboration
  • Provide supervision and guidance to HR team members
  • Handle employee orientation and on-boarding, as well as employee exits
  • Provide guidance within areas such as performance and employee engagement
  • Manage salary and compensation process

The person:

  • At least 5-6 years’ Human Resources Generalist experience
  • Proven ability managing a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills
