My client, a multinational professional services organisation (Fortune Global 500 firm), is seeking a HR Manager to provide guidance and advisory within human resources matters. This organisation is growing rapidly within Dublin and beyond and provides plentiful progression opportunities, as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.
The role:
- Provide recommendations to the HR team using a data driven approach
- Serve as a liaison with UK team members and ensure effective collaboration
- Provide supervision and guidance to HR team members
- Handle employee orientation and on-boarding, as well as employee exits
- Provide guidance within areas such as performance and employee engagement
- Manage salary and compensation process
The person:
- At least 5-6 years’ Human Resources Generalist experience
- Proven ability managing a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
