Job title: Legal Counsel
Funds – Dublin 2
As part of the wider European Legal team you will work in a standalone role based in Dublin, reporting in to the Head of the European Legal team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to the business in relation to a range of European funds and investment products, with specialisation in Irish funds. You will provide advice to senior management on any relating legal matters or effecting developments on the market. You will have deep knowledge and experience of Central Bank requirements and experience working with Irish funds. You will be a driven individual with strong abilities to work effectively in a relatively autonomous role.
Skills & experience required:
- Legal qualification
- 3 – 5 years working in the funds industry
- Knowledge of various fund structures and related regulations is required (UCITS, AIFMD etc.)
- Demonstrated abilities in working with a senior audience and managing several stakeholders
- Some experience working in a larger multinational firm is desirable
