My client is seeking a focused and ambitious candidate to join there operations team. In this role you will be a member of a team of 4. The other members of the team have numerous years trade settlements experience. They are seeking a candidate with 1 – 2 years equity trade settlement experience. My client will provide excellent training in a very collaborative and dynamic environment. My clients office is in a key Dublin city center location with excellent transport options in the area.
Remuneration for this job:
Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package depending on experience.
Salary is up to €38,000 depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities for Operations Analyst – Settlements:
- Reconciliations of trading positions both intraday and end of day from multiple locations across the globe.
- Maintenance of my clients’ settlements instruction database.
- Be a contact point for client settlement queries.
- Reconciliation and reporting of settlement amounts from clients.
- Monitoring of settlement exceptions.
Knowledge/Skills/Qualifications required for Operations Analyst – Settlements:
- Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance is an advantage.
- Strong interest in financial services.
- 1 – 2 years equity trade settlement/Custody experience is ideal.
- Intellectually curious and driven.
Having worked in Fund Accounting for 10 years I have extensive knowledge of the industry in terms of the roles, clients and developments in the industry. I can provide career guidance if looking for a career change and how to achieve it.
