The Portfolio Administrator role will involve updating daily asset reconciliation breaks on internal and external systems. Ensuring that all newly created Bloomberg trading accounts have been captured and updated on the internal reconciliation system.
Job Title: Portfolio Administrator
Responsibilities for this Job:
- Perform Asset Reconciliations for all administered portfolios.
- Produce monthly KRI reports for management to review.
- Address service issues with custodians.
- Support Managers and leadership in partnering with clients, portfolio managers, compliance and legal.
- Help with the drafting and maintaining of portfolio administration procedures.
- Enhance current processes.
- Collaborate with risk management.
Requirements for this Job:
- Proven experience within financial services. Preferably a reconciliation team.
- Understanding of trade processing and settlement.
- Experience using Custodian online platforms.
- Good communication and and time management.
- ability to prioritise tasks.
- Good excel ability and Bloomberg experience.
Benefits & Package
Our client offers a highly competitive remuneration and benefits package depending on experience.
Salary ranges from €38,000 to €40,000 depending on experience.
