My client is a transfer agency specialist that has significant new business wins of late and they have a number of large projects that they have requirements for. You will actively lead project meetings, monitor the various stages of each project and keep all relevant parties informed of the project’s status. As project manager you will keep all groups up to speed with the project life cycle.
This role is a senior associate/supervisor level role so it requires approximately 2 – 4 years experience. My client provides excellent career progression upskilling courses in order for the successful candidate to increase and boarden their knowledge and therefore progress their career.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Manager Change Management – Supervisor role:
- Coordinate and project management with the project management team. Various projects include operational change and technical system changes.
- The different types of projects involved include regulatory, strategic and operational transformation.
- Define the scope of the business case along side the project sponsor.
- Define timeframes and solutions for project deliverables.
- Define and manage project risk.
- Ensure project stakeholders are kept informed and are in agreement with project solutions.
- Monitor project deliverables.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
Skills Required for a Project Manager Change Management – Supervisor role:
- Minimum of 3 years Business analysis experience.
- Project management highly desirable but not essential if the candidate has the desired competencies.
- PMP or Prince qualification desirable.
- Knowledge of TA preferred.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
