Purpose
Would you like to gain experience working on contract for one of the leading Global Consulting firms? Have you min 3 years QA Test Manager experience delivering quality software testing projects within Banking or Financial Services environment? Are you available now to take on a new challenging 6 month Day Rate Contract role based in Dublin City Centre?
The Role / Opportunity
- Manage the overall testing effort and deliverables across a number of projects or for a single programme / project.
- Primary test contact and escalation point for a particular test programme / project.
- Manage the adherence to test project governance and reporting processes within programme / project
- Manage the adherence to quality and test process and tool usage within programme / project test team
- Adjudicate and prioritise on varying / conflicting requirements within test team(s)
- Perform project management activities for project/programme
- Work with IT Delivery Manager, Business Change Manager and Programme / Project Manager to estimate and plan the overall test effort (with inputs from test lead).
- Agree and develop QASD and Test Approach documents with IT Delivery Manager, Business Change Manager and Programme/Project Manager including, but not limited to, high level test approach, environment, data and resource requirements and automation approach.
- Manage project risk
About You
- 3 years experience as test manager level on software testing projects
- ISTQB advanced Certification or equivalent
- 5 years overall testing experience across a number of different projects
- Banking or Financial Services experience experience desirable
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and a definite team player
Remuneration Package
This contract role offers a highly competitive contract day rate commensurate with your experience / knowledge. You will have your own umbrella company for invoicing purposes.
