A progressive and collaborative team requires a bright and enthusiastic individual for their Depositary (Trustee) team. As a Senior Depository / Trustee Representative you will be responsible for the day to day monitoring of client funds to ensure compliance with the Central Bank of Ireland the funds’ articles of association and internal procedures.
My client is experiencing large growth phase in the Depository space. Renumeration:
Excellent salary, bonus and benefits package on offer with a very favourable work life balance.
Salary can reach €40,000 depending on experience.
Responsibilities for a Senior Depository Trustee Representative:
- Ensuring collective investment schemes are in accordance with the regulatory and constitutional documentation.
- Assessing the calculations of the funds NAVs and Transfer Agency activities.
- Daily cash flow monitoring.
- Highlighting framework breaches.
- Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of procedures within the Trustee Team.
- Ensuring rectification of said breaches.
- Responding to all client queries in an efficient manor.
- Assist with drafting policies and procedures.
- Participate in on sight visits.
Skills Required for this Senior Depository Trustee Representative:

Key Technical requirements for Senior Depository Trustee Representative:
- Preferably 2 plus years experience in a relevant area i.e. Fund Accounting/Trustee
- Third level qualification.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
- High level of Microsoft office skills.
- Good numerical Aptitude and time management skill.
