This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with over 4 years’ experience working within an Internal Audit function either from the Big 4 or financial services environment.
For the successful applicant this role will offer exposure to senior management, the opportunity to work within a group function, further experience within a risk environment. There is an excellent remuneration package on offer aswell as a good work life balance.
The Role:
- Design, planning and implementation of audit/accounts process from the beginning through to completion stage.
- Prepare the key deliverables of an audit including statutory financial statements and management reports.
- Communicate with and manage client expectations. Deliver on deadlines and expectations
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and leadership, as well as possess proficient organizational, analytical and project management skills
- Up- to – date knowledge of the accountancy standards
- Perform SOX testing and internal controls evaluation
Qualifications:
- Qualified Accountant – ACA, ACCA, CPA
- Big 4 trained with previous experience in in Insurance or financial services
- Up – to –date knowledge of the accountancy standards
- Self-motivated and ambition individual who is highly organised
