Senior Legal Manager – Director Level
My client, a large and reputable financial organisation, is seeking a senior legal manager at director level to oversee a team within its Enforcement Investigations division.
The role:
- Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure high performance
- Direct the team within areas of fitness and probity, revocations, and administrative sanctions
- Influence decisions within Enforcement in relation to various legal issues
- Work closely with other Division leads and Directors, ensuring knowledge sharing
- Represent the organisation through participation in committees and working groups as necessary
The person:
- Relevant academic background within administrative law, financial services law, internal audit, risk, litigation, or a related field
- A professional accounting qualification or professional legal qualification as practicing Solicitor
- 8+ years’ Post Qualification Experience
- Proven leadership ability and experience
- Experience within financial services and administrative/regulatory law and litigation
