My client, a large and reputable financial organisation, is seeking a senior legal manager at director level to oversee a team within its Enforcement Investigations division. This is a 12 mo. contract role with potential for opportunity upon completion.

The role:

  • Manage and lead a team of professionals to ensure high performance
  • Direct the team within areas of fitness and probity, revocations, and administrative sanctions
  • Influence decisions within Enforcement in relation to various legal issues
  • Work closely with other Division leads and Directors, ensuring knowledge sharing
  • Represent the organisation through participation in committees and working groups as necessary

 The person:

  • Relevant academic background within administrative law, financial services law, internal audit, risk, litigation, or a related field
  • A professional accounting qualification or professional legal qualification as practicing Solicitor
  • 8+ years’ Post Qualification Experience
  • Proven leadership ability and experience
  • Experience within financial services and administrative/regulatory law and litigation
