Role / Opportunity
As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be a key Product team member in delivering the core enterprise software product and related roadmap. You will analyse & define client and business requirements. You will prepare appropriate functional and business documentation to meet these requirements. Familiar with the full software product lifecycle process you will support all product releases through to delivery including product packaging, documentation and marketing collateral.
You will provide your product expertise in supporting internal sales presales and client services’ teams through training, knowledge transfer and direct project support as required. You will support full delivery of the product roadmap. You will keep abreast of all Regulatory, Technical & Business related issues impacting our Global Capital Markets, Tier 1 Clients and Product / Solution offerings.
About You
- 4 years’ as a BA in Capital Markets, Banking, Financial Services
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in AML / KYC / MIFID / FATCA and related regulations as well as compliance work practises and processes in large Financial Institutions.
- Strong knowledge of Capital markets and products in relation to onboarding issues & processes.
- Experience of full software life cycle development an advantage.
- Excellent client facing presentation and business analysis skills (data modelling / SQL Scripting / Reporting) coupled with a personable and credible approach in eliciting client and business needs through formal workshop and other informal sessions.
- Must demonstrate ability to deliver complex IT / Business client solutions from initial requirements gathering through design to implementation phases
- Role requires a leadership presence and ability to manage and develop strong Client relationships at all levels including senior management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to influence internally and externally at a senior level.
