Purpose
Are you an experienced Change professional with extensive project management delivery experience utilising Six Sigma Black Belt methodologies? Do you want to further your career working for a leading global Financial Services firm in Dublin City Centre?
This senior role involves leading efficiency and business process change within a Global Asset Management firm. Roots and branches corporate wide re-engineering programme using Lean Thinking methodologies. Plan and drive change and embed change into BAU processes and practise through training, upskilling and education firm wide.
The programme will address and impinge on all aspects of the business; operations, processes, technology, Digital, and Procurement.
About You
Culturally, you will be a leader with passion and values. You will be inquisitive and knowledgeable about the framework of the business and how it moves. You will have a track record of large scale project delivery and excellent stakeholder management experience.
• Experienced project manager (5 + years) with Six Sigma Black Belt qualifications
• Financial Services background. Fund Industry preferable
• Strong communication skills with attention to detail and leadership ability to manage senior challenging stakeholders across the firm.
• Proven, demonstrable and quantifiable delivery experience on similar reengineering programmes
• Strategic, analytical mindset with a strong delivery focus
