This role will give you exposure to senior management and key decision makers within Global Capital Markets. You will raise your profile in the Training space internationally through your client facing interactions. This role will suit a senior training professional from a technical software development and / or developer background who genuinely loves training while also looking to raise their profile through engaging with and training our internal staff, partners and Global clients.

Role / Opportunity
As a senior Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering all Product training courses for internal staff, partners and clients and all related documentation. This will involve ensuring all training is delivered to our consistent high standards and in line with the latest product releases. The role is based in Dublin city centre but has a Global dimension with 20 – 30% travel required.
About You
- IT Degree or related qualification
- Background is Financial Services and / or a software development (.NET Core / C#) or related technical background
- Excellent communication, presentation skills and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Organised, self-starter, good under pressure who is delivery focused
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Product Suite
- Strategic thinker & problem solver who excels in a dynamic fast paced development environment
- “Train the Trainer” qualification preferable
