Job Description:
TA Shareholder Services Supervisor is responsible for team leadership and direction. Client satisfaction is of the utmost importance so being a diligent and consientious worker is desired. Main Responsibilities include: main point of contact for the client / investor and to assist the Team Leader / Manager to ensure the team operates efficiently and that all deadlines are strictly adhered to.
Job Title: Transfer Agency AVP
Responsibilities for this Job:
- Assist/Cover the Manager and or Team Leader in overseeing the day-to-day activities of the department
- Oversee the processing / validation of all inquiries within agreed internal and external Service Level Agreement’s and that they are logged into the query management database.
- Oversee the accurate preparation of any mailings required for internal or external vendors
- Remain knowledgeable of changing industry initiatives (attend to presentations, work sessions & personal effort) and educate clients continually through presentations.
- Responsible for instituting and reporting on measures to determine the team’s performance in meeting these standards.
- Conduct bi-annual performance appraisals and provide regular feedback based on goals for direct reports.
- Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants, assist new staff members in learning job specific tasks.
Requirements for this Job:
- BS/BA degree / relevant TA experience.
- Prior Knowlege of Multifonds an advantage.
- 3-5 years TA experience.
- Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Remuneration Package for this Job:
Our client offers a highly competitive salary as well as fantastic benefits and bonus structure, all depending on individuals experience.
The successful candidate can earn up to €52,000 depending on experience.
