My client, a growing Asset Management firm are seeking experienced call centre operatives to join their Mortgage arrears department.

Role Summary

This new role will be dedicated to effectively servicing a portfolio of Private Dwelling house’s (PDH) and Buy to Let (BTL) mortgage accounts through the early arrears process up to the appointment of a receiver.  Reporting directly to a mortgage servicing Team Leader, The Arrears Support Unit (ASU) Executive will have to operate to prescribed business targets and ensure adherence to CCMA, CPC and other relevant controlled policies and procedures.  Must have the ability to recognise and prioritise key tasks, and the necessity to be highly detail orientated.

About you:

  • IT literacy – high level competence in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Customer Service and Commercial Awareness preferably in a Financial Services organisation
  • Influencing/Persuasion and Negotiation skills
  • Communication skills – Interpersonal and Written
  • Judgment & Decision-Making
  • Team Working
  • A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
